I'm Naomi — a menopause and body transformation specialist who has spent years working with high-achieving women whose bodies are refusing to cooperate.

Before I built this programme, I was an elite athlete, stunt woman, Hollywood celebrity trainer, and I was selected in the top 21 candidates nationally for Gladiators — an elite shortlist from thousands of applicants. I competed in Miss World and Miss Universe. I qualified as a pilot. I was, by every measure, someone who knew how to make her body perform.

And then in 2010, I completely collapsed. Adrenal failure. Gut shutdown. I went from training celebrities and performing stunts to crawling to my bathroom. My nervous system had been running on emergency mode for so long that it finally stopped working altogether.
